We stand for total transparency in our billing. There are no hidden fees. However, depending on the project features, certain third-party software subscriptions (e.g. AWS, GitHub, ElasticSearch etc. ) may be required, which are negotiated directly between you and the vendor.

Our contracting process includes signing a Mutual NDA, a Master Services Agreement, and a Statement of Work. These documents clearly outline the engagement terms, including our standard payment terms of Net 15, with payment for each Sprint required upfront.

Each sprint is billed at a weekly rate, calculated by multiplying our standard hourly rate by 40 hours (a typical work week). If we exceed the allotted hours, overages are invoiced separately, ensuring the final product aligns with your expectations.

Expanding the project scope is straightforward. We can easily add additional sprints to the Scope of Work. The key is agreeing on what each sprint should include, and determining the number of required sprints.

Excess hours are managed using Jira and Toggl for time tracking. We invoice the agreed Sprint amount upfront, with overages billed transparently. Any additional work can either be included in the next Sprint or billed against the 'General Support' retainer.

While our pricing is highly competitive, reflecting the value and expertise we offer, we do occasionally provide discounts. Please contact us to inquire about any current promotions or discount opportunities.

Time & Materials aligns our goals with your objectives, offering flexibility to meet your changing needs. It allows for scope changes and ensures you are not financially responsible for software that doesn’t meet your objectives. It's a model that rewards both sides for efficiency and effectiveness.

Our process involves tracking time and sprints through Jira and Toggl, with invoices generated accordingly. We charge a 20% upfront deposit billed as a 'General Support' retainer. Sprints are billed as two-week ( 80-hour ) retainers and invoiced in advance.

Unfortunately, our business model focuses on comprehensive engagements rather than hourly services. However, we do occasionally provide "free-of-charge" consulting hours. Please contact us to inquire about any current promotions or discount opportunities.
