Advanced and Ultimate reserve your dedicated team for the sprints agreed in the Statement of Work. You can end the engagement early with four weeks’ written notice, ending at a sprint boundary. Capacity remains available and payable during that period, with no additional cancellation fee. re:Maintain is a separate annual subscription.

For Advanced and Ultimate, we agree on a dedicated AWS & DevOps engineer allocation alongside technical and delivery leadership. The engineer focuses on the project, while the lead handles architecture decisions, planning, reviews, and coordination. The allocation for each role is set out in your Statement of Work.

Slack gives you direct access to our team, while Hangouts/Zoom are used for planning, reviews, and demonstrations. We agree on the meeting schedule and shared project tools at the start. re:Maintain includes one fixed monthly Hangouts/Zoom meeting, with additional meetings available on request within your allowance.

Your deliverables depend on the service. re:Align provides findings and recommendations. Foundation provides architecture, modules, pipelines, and implementation guidance. Advanced and Ultimate include the agreed implementation, documentation, and handover. Ongoing guidance and engineering assistance are available separately through re:Maintain.

Yes. AWS & DevOps re:Maintain is available exclusively to re:Build customers through an optional annual subscription. It provides ongoing AWS, DevOps, and AI guidance and engineering assistance. Continuous monitoring, on-call cover, and incident response are NOT included.

We deliver solutions swiftly, saving you time and money in the long run. Consider the full cost, including recruitment, training, retention, and opportunity costs of in-house development. Our predictable project costs and efficient delivery provide significant value.

For sprint-based builds, we report the total allocated capacity, completed work, remaining priorities, and blockers. The sprint fee is fixed for the agreed team allocation. We do not provide hour-by-hour billing reports. re:Maintain has a separate monthly report showing actual hours used against its allowance.

We flag blockers as early as possible and explain what is needed to move forward. Your dedicated team remains reserved and available, so sprint fees continue while delivery is blocked. If the delay affects the planned completion date, we discuss the impact and agree any additional capacity before proceeding.
