Our AWS & DevOps re:Maintain approach keeps your priorities at the centre. We agree on work each month, with advice, meetings, and hands-on changes using your allowance. At the start of each month, you will be given a report that shows the previous month’s work and actual hours used.
Direct Slack Access
Message us on Slack for guidance from engineers who know your setup. We typically respond within one business day.
Team Augmentation

Why is AWS & DevOps re:Maintain exclusive to re:Build clients?
Our deep understanding of your setup from AWS & DevOps re:Build allows us to offer personalised AWS, DevOps, and AI guidance. We’re committed to those we’ve journeyed with.
How does the re:Maintain subscription work?
One subscription, paid annually upfront, gives you engineering hours each month, Slack access, and a fixed monthly Zoom meeting.
How quickly will the re:Maintain team respond?
Typically within one business day, often within hours. We respond on a best-effort basis, with engineers who already know your setup.
Does re:Maintain include operational support?
We provide architecture advice and engineering assistance. Continuous monitoring, on-call cover, and incident response are NOT included.
What happens to unused monthly hours?
Hours do not roll over. If you have fewer requests in a given month, we put the remaining time towards agreed proactive reviews, sharing findings and recommendations to help you get value from your allowance.
What if we need more time for a larger change?
You can buy additional hours. We agree on the work and schedule with you, so larger changes do not have to fit within one month’s allowance.
