Our contracting process includes signing a Mutual NDA, a Master Services Agreement, and a Statement of Work. These documents clearly outline the engagement terms, including our standard payment terms of Net 15, with payment for each Sprint required upfront.

We can start right after you sign our Statement of Work, typically within 1-2 weeks from our first introductory call. The initial steps include executing a Mutual NDA, collaborating on an Engagement Workbook, executing the Statement of Work and Master Services Agreement, and processing the deposit payment.
